Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in shape and glaze pattern make every item one of a kind
  • All glazes are food-safe and lead-free
  • Our clay body is fully vitrified but any unglazed areas may retain slight porosity

Item Care

  • All mugs, plates and bowls go in the microwave and dishwasher
  • For the longest life, we recommend hand washing
  • Avoid thermal shock
  • Do not use on a stovetop or in the oven

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items usually arrive within 2-3 weeks
  • Custom items require extra time. Please allow 8-12 weeks for production and delivery

Commissions

  • I accept custom commissions, but it depends on the item, glaze, available time etc.
  • Contact for a personalized quote.
  • Custom orders will have a lengthier processing time

Shipping and Returns

  • Carriers used are: USPS, UPS, and FedEx
  • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at the owner’s discretion
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Personalized/customized goods cannot be returned
  • If your order arrives damaged, please include a photo showing the damaged item in original packaging within 3 days of arrival
